but it is life

i am working on a research titled by

an etymological analysis of some aspects of the meaning
of the word poetry

and i am preparing a questionnaire
one important question i have in mind and am looking for
an answer for it

i asked some friends and i want to deepen my knowledge by asking
you since english is your second language; and this is of course
not our case

my question is the following

how many meanings of the word poetry do you know

am assuming that SOME non native speakers of english won't be able to recognize all the meanings that english words have
and i just want to proof that or proof the reverse

concerning 'poetry' it has another meaning but it is related to some extent
to the meaning you know. it means" having a quality of beaty; gracefulness and feeling"
