ثم اختر : طرح سؤال
ثم اختر متابعة
الآن سجل الدخول بالايميل الجديد
و اكتب اسم جديد للعضوية في برنامج الدعم و اكتب ايميلك
اختر نوع المشكلة
اختر نوع المشكلة
و اكتب الرسالة التالية :

alaways give me "Your account has been blocked"
tried many time to reset the password in the end I get this:
"There was a problem and unfortunately, we have to ask you to sign in again. We're sorry for the inconvenience"
and go back to sign in I get "blocked" again and again
.i am sure I don't do somethingong here
since 10 years I have this E-mail first time it happend to me

و انتظر من 10 إلى 30 يوم إلى أن يتم الرد
