i'm Hamzah from Zambia i live in Manchester " U.K
this is my Islamic name
i chose it because of the strength of Hamzah bin Abdulmottaleb
the uncle of prophet Mohammed peace be upon him that he was a lions hunter as i'm told .
i did come to this forum through a brother in Islam i live with him in his house .
before i came to his house i lived in a Mosque as i lost my job which was a drug dealer .
i had no enough money to rent a flat thus i lost everything when i stopped selling drugs
but i had enough confidence that Allah would not forget me then this Saudi guy insisted that i must come to his house to stay with him .

actually this what is itten in my book that one day i'll be a moslim
i had a Pakistani friend told me that Islam in not like what western media says .
Islam is a religion of fogriveness and help
i said so why do you smoke marijuana hashish
if Islam doesn't allow it
why do you drink alcohol and you shag girls
why do you sell drugs and you take them .
then he said to me ; well may be i'm a bad moslim but i've got something that none of christian people can do .
he said : i worship the creator alone thus he gave a strength and power
from today i'm not going to do those stupid things any more
i said , you're taking the piss man
how would you eat ? he said just see what is going to happen . 2 weeks later i met him by accident around a Mosque
when i saw him i felt he was over the moon
then he held my hand and said to me , come on brother it's a prayer time
i said ok i'll wait here he said just go to the mosque and see what we do .
when i saw them bowing down and standing on a line
i said well : this looks Ok but i need to discover more about Islam
because i've got completely different things in my mind about islam
i went to the Imam and i said i need a book teachs me about Islam and proofs for everything because you claim that everything in Islam can be proven he gave me a book called " The AMAZING QURAN"and an English copy of Holy Quran then he said to me you can watch online " Sheikh Khalid Yasin " and some other videos
i said Ok then i read the Quran and the other book . 2 days later i started praying before sleeping .
my Pakistani Friend said to me :
say O my God who created me guide me
to the truth .
i said the same sentence:
then i dreamt that some one came to me and said : you was born to be a Moslim and you must be Moslim .
i dreamt the same dream twice more
then i asked my friend to take to the Mosque and i converted .

my feeling now is indeed over the moon
i have been a moslim for 4 months
i'm working as a car washer , i earn 30 (: pound a day
i used to start my day with sharp headache and getting sick because of alcohol
and now i start my day with great sensation
i used to smell horrible and when i speak people avoid me because the smell of my mouth because of alcohole but now Thanks to Allah .
i used to spend my time hidden from police as i may get arrested at anytime
but now , no worries
