.. American Accent is not a problem for people who learned English in the Arabic world , but it's a problem for people who learned English in some British countries such as Newzealand , Australia , or Britain its self

i really like American people when they speak especially when they pronounce the litters " R" " T" , but they speak in a way sounds arrogant .. it is indeed enough for any of people who speak British English to communicate with American English speakers , as American themselves like the way British people speak , However ..any of English accents can help you to speak to the whole world

Thanks alot for passing . I do agree with you that American accent seems to be more flexible especially when American people pronounce /r/ sound . You know , many non-native speakers speak like Americans. But the most important thing is to speak English in any accent to be understood.

i have a small remark here and it is related to the way languages are teached in our arab world

learning english may be a perplexing task to learners. as far as i can see, this American and British "Englishes -so to speak- may disturb students, especially in iting. the difference between American and British "Englishes" is rather far from pronouncing T or R. it is apparent basically in the choice of words

and it is frustrating to read an essay itten by a non native speaker of english, while he/she is shifting from American english words to the British ones and viseversa
