English people usually try to find new words for things that don't belong to their culture , the name of Shisha , came originally from Arab world , then they called it shisha first , but this didn't satisfy them to use Arabic word , so they used : Hubble bubble as an ironic , but this didn't work .
Hubble Bubble now is used by some English people and used more in U.S.A
but wherever you go , you can use the Arabic word " Shisha " and it's definitely gonna be understood .
in an other word : there is no difference between the word " Hubble Bubble and Shisha "
